I spent 10 months in Uzbekistan during the 2023-2024 academic year, during which I worked as a Fulbright ETA at Gulistan State University in the Sirdaryo Region. Uzbekistan, which is one of the only two doubly landlocked countries in the world, is most well known for its placement on the Silk Road. I was fortunate enough to see many different parts of the country, ranging from well-known cities like Samarkand and Bukhara to less-traveled cities like Andijan and Jizzakh. These projects show some of my favorite scenery and landmarks I observed during my time in Uzbekistan.
